The following activities and the respective fees are subject to economic regulation for using infrastructures due to: a) ship entry, parking and berthing operations; b) goods and passenger traffic and the use of equipment and human resources, as well as the supply of electricity and water, for the provision of port services; c) installation of delegations of the various national authorities that provide public services in the Ports; d) Port services directly related to the purpose of the concession; and e) Activities directly related to maritime-port activity, resulting from specific obligations imposed on the port management entity by national or international legislation. international legislation. The Bases of the concession regulate the administration, management and operation of the ports included in the concession, with the general concessionaire being exclusively responsible for their development.
