Abstract
This Decree-Law establishes general baselines for concession of Cape Verdean harbours to the National Company for Port Management S.A. (ENAPOR). It establishes general basis for the concession of Cape Verdean harbours to the National Company of Port Administration, S. A. (ENAPOR) for management, exploitation and port operation and services. It amends the Statute of ENAPOR, approved by Decree No. 4/2001.
