Abstract
This Decree-Law repeals article 4 of Decree-Law 48/2007 of 31 December establishing the regime of authorization prior to the registration of industrial fishing vessels in the conventional registry of vessels. In particular, it seeks to abrogate the requirements that fishing vessels to acquire, import or charter may not be older than ten years, as set out in article 4 of Decree-Law 48/2007, maintaining the requirements that guarantee the condition of safe vessels.
