Abstract
This Decree-Law establishes the first amendment to Decree-Law No. 31/2021 of 7 April, establishing the general conditions that pre-packaged products must satisfy, with a view to their availability on the market, as well as the rules regarding the nominal quantities applicable to certain products, for reasons of their specificity and the interests of consumers.
