Decree-Law No. 41/2016 creating the Cape Verde Investment and Export Promotion Agency, I.P, (Cabo Verde TradeInvest).

This Decree-Law creates the Cape Verde Investment and Export Promotion Agency, I.P, (Cabo Verde TradeInvest). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the Cabo Verde TradeInvest. It is governed by Law 92/VIII/2015 of 13 July, on the legal regime for public institutes that are part of the State Administration, and by the legislation to which it refers, as well as by this statute and related regulations. Cabo Verde TradeInvest's mission is to promote, facilitate and monitor private investment, both domestic and foreign, as well as to promote, coordinate, facilitate, research and monitor the export of goods and services in all sectors of the national economy.
