Decree-Law No. 5/2014 establishing the legal regime and taxes for the proceedings of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

This Decree-Law, consisting of 3 Chapters, establishes the legal regime and taxes for the proceedings of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) which may impact on public or private projects, regulating the amount of taxes to be paid. This Decree-Law is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Amount, payment and financial aspects (Chap. II); Fiscal Guarantees and final provisions (Chap. III). Law No. 21/VII/2008 on Taxes General Legal Regime will apply for all matters non specifically regulated by this Decree-Law.
