Decree-Law No. 52/2015 amends Decree-Law No. 37/2014 on the special legal regime for the implementation of land cadastre in Sal, Boa Vista, Sao Vicente and Maio islands.

This Decree-Law amends and re-publishes Decree-Law No. 37/2014 of 22 July, approving the special legal regime for the implementation of land registers in the islands of Sal, Boa Vista, São Vicente and Maio. In particular, it amends the part concerning the exhibition and public consultation, advertising the public deed of notary justification and heirs, the delimitation of Urban Illegal Areas (AUGI), the private domain of the State land sold by the municipalities, the compulsory registration of registered buildings, the exemption from the payment of notary acts, the exemption or reduction of charges of acts of registration, gender equity in cadastral registration, the physical changes operated in the buildings, the reporting, the demarcation of the buildings, the ownership claims, presumption, technical standards and to claim the provisional characterization.
