Decree-Law No. 6/2016 establishing the Regulation on monitoring and quality control of production and marketing of agricultural fertilizers.

This Decree-Law, consisting of 9 Chapters, divided into 32 articles, establishes the Regulation on monitoring and quality control of production and marketing of agricultural fertilizers within the national territory. It also provides for the quality control bodies responsible for fertilizer materials, dealing with administrative and legal proceedings including authorization, classification, packaging, production, labelling, marketing, import, storage and transportation, inspection, supervision and penalties.
This Decree-Law is divided into the following Chapters: General provisions (1); Quality control Organs for fertilizer materials (2); Prior authorization and classification (3); Packaging, production and labelling (4); Trading, import, storing and transport (5); Inspection and monitoring (7); Offences and penalties (8); and Final provisions (9).
