Abstract
This Decree-Law makes the second amendment to Decree-Law No. 13/2013 of 1 April, as amended. It establishes the fees payable for inspection and sets the amount of fees payable for the inspection of fishery products. The fees payable for the inspection of fishery products, set out in the table attached to Decree-Law No. 13/2013 are amended in accordance with the new table. Article 5(2) is also amended to read as follows: The amounts of the fees referred may be amended, with a view to updating them, by Order of the members of the Government responsible for the areas of Finance and Fisheries.
