Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 11 articles and 1 Annex, establishes taxes to be paid for inspections performed by animal and plant sanitary services of the Ministry of Rural Development (MDR), according to Law No. 21/VII/2008 on General Regime of Taxes. These taxes apply for veterinary and phytosanitary inspections of: a) Animals; b) Products of animal origin; c) Plants; d) Products of plant origin; and e) Fisheries products; imported or to be exported. Annex lays down the Table specifying fisheries products taxes.
