Decree-Law No. 69/2020 creating the Authority of the Special Economic Zone of Maritime Economy in São Vicente (AZEEMSV).

This Decree-Law approves the Statute of the Authority of the Special Economic Zone in São Vicente. This Statute, consisting of 28 articles divided into five Chapters, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Authority, whose main mission is to implement the planning, management, promotion and supervision of the Special Maritime Economic Zone in São Vicente island. In particular, by delegating powers, regulating the principles, the authority, the organization and operation, as well as, the financial and patrimonial management, under the Law No. 94/IX/2020 of 13 July, creating the Special Maritime Economic Zone.
