Abstract
This Decree-Law repeals article 18(h) of the Fee Regulations of the Maritime and Port Institute, approved by Decree-Law No. 45/2008 of 22 December, rectified and reprinted in Official Bulletin No. 12, Series I, of 23 March 2009. It also repeals Point 1 on the following issues: Opening of an office- and sub-point 1.1 - Opening of a maritime office- of Table 4 - Fees due for services provided by the Port Authority-, approved in Annex II to Decree-Law No. 45/2008 of 22 December, as amended.
