Decree-Law No. 45/2008 approving the Regulation of Fees of the Maritime and Port Institute.

This Decree-Law approves the Fee Regulations of the Maritime and Port Institute, which establish the rules for collecting fees due for the provision of public services within its legal remit (as set out in Annex 1) and the Table of Fees of the Maritime and Port Institute (set out in Annex 2). This regulation of fees is without prejudice to the provision of other services by the IMP to public or private entities. The purpose of these Regulations on Fees of the Maritime and Port Institute (IMP) is to regulate the collection of fees by the IMP for public services provided within the scope of its legal powers. The rules and principles contained are also applicable to the activities carried out by concessionaires and companies licensed to provide public maritime and port services.
