Abstract
This Decree approves the Regulation for pilotage services within the Ports of Cape Verde. This Regulation, consisting of 21 articles, establishes all requirements, terms and conditions to regulate pilotage service within port areas according to existing National maritime legislation for harbour and navigation. It specifies technical assistance to vessels for entrance to and exit from harbours, in navigation manoeuvres within port areas and their geographical limits.
