This Decree, composed of 4 articles and one Annex, approves the Regulation on nautical boating. The Regulation is composed of 59 articles divided in XI Chapters. It provides guidelines on boating classification criteria, construction, and homologation and identification requirements. Moreover it rules on technical equipment requirements, authorization procedures, as well as on the related fees, taxes and penalties.
