Abstract
This Law establishes the amendment of articles 3, 4 and 26 of the Legal Regime for the Marketing, Import, Distribution and Production of Single-Use Plastic materials and objects produced with plastic materials. Amended articles deal with placing on the market, possession of plastic materials and objects for the purpose of sale; requirements for the list of usable plastic objects and standards relevant to packaging production bans.
