Abstract
As a result of the international crisis caused by the war between Russia and Ukraine, the Government passed Resolution No. 28/2022 of 24 March, adopting a set of public policy measures to strengthen the resilience of the country's oil/energy system and food system, in the face of rising prices at international level, caused by the crisis. This Order establishes the criteria and the bonus to be awarded to breeders, for the purchase of animal feed, agreed with the manufacturing and distribution companies, through check vouchers, aiming at strengthening the animal food system.
