Abstract
This Order approves the Regulation for Legal Metrological Control of Quantities of Pre-packaged Products. The Regulation, consisting of 6 articles and one Annex, establishes that the above mentioned control is under the responsibility of the Institute for Quality Management and Intellectual Property (IGQPI), and may be delegated under the terms of article 10 of Decree-Law No. 31/2021 of 7 April.
