Order No. 37/2015 establishing lists of plant harmful organisms.

This Order, consisting of 2 articles and 1 Annex, establishes the following lists of plant harmful organisms: a. List of plants, plant products and regulated articles subject to mandatory phytosanitary control, everywhere and permanently; b. List of harmful organisms whose proliferation may have at times a hazard and special protective measures; c. List of harmful organisms whose introduction is prohibited or whose dissemination is prohibited; d. List of plants, plant products and other regulated articles infested by harmful organisms whose introduction and dissemination are prohibited, etc.
