Abstract
This Rectification to Decree-Law No. 13/2013 on the fees due for inspections carried out by the Ministry of Rural Development's (MDR) animal and plant health inspection services. It approves the new taxes table annexed, published in Official Bulletin No. 17. In particular, rectification deals with the part of the annex concerning the Table of fees to be charged by the Ministry of Rural Development for animal and plant health inspections.
