Abstract
This Regulatory Decree creates the Maritime Delegation IMP Santiago Norte and establishes its structure, organization and functioning, which is a base service responsible for: applying maritime laws and regulations and monitoring and punishing violations. The IMP Santiago Norte Maritime Delegation has jurisdiction over the entire region of Santiago Norte, namely: ports, bays, coves, archipelagic waters and coasts, as well as over national and foreign vessels that are in this region.
