Abstract
This Resolution, consisting of 15 articles, establishes the mission, competencies, composition and functioning of the National Council of Food and Nutritional Security (CNSAN), created by Decree-Law No. 10/2013. This National Council is an consulting institution, working in cooperation with the Ministry of Rural Development and aims at guaranteeing the articulation of policies and the cooperation between public and private organizations in the field of food and nutritional security, with a view to contributing to the realization of the right to food.
