Abstract
This Resolution authorizes the Ministry of Maritime Economy to proceed to the licensing, by direct agreement, of sand dredging, by means of prior identification of the sand banks and by listening to the environmental authority, under the terms of Decree-Law No. 18/2016 of 18 March. The use and sale of dredged material in the sand banks identified throughout the country is also authorized.
