Abstract
This Resolution approves the National Programme for Urban Development and Land use Planning (PNDUCC). This Programme, consisting of 7 Sections and several graphics and tables, aims at establishing an integrated, strategic and operational urban policy, as a short and mid-term baseline strategy which may allow better condition of life within urban areas. It also defines urban policy indicators, for the National Programme of Urban Development, regulating their implementation and control. Tables specify proposed urban plan of action.
