Abstract
This Resolution approves the Ports General Concession Contract between the State of Cape Verde and ENAPOR (National Company for Administration of Ports, S.A.). This Concession Contract, consisting of 23 clauses, lays down the requirements to be satisfied by ENAPOR in order to manage and operate within the harbours of the Republic of Cape Verde.
