Abstract
This Resolution amends and re-publishes (in the Annex) Resolution No. 14/2013, establishing the Strategic Council of the Sea Cluster (CECM). Amendments deal with the parts concerning the composition and powers of the CECM and the Operational Centres for Sea Cluster (NOCM).
