Abstract
This Resolution extinguishes the Operational Center for Sea Cluster (NOCM), by decision of the Council of Ministers, considering that the above mentioned Center, was created with the aim of ensuring proper technical and specialized operational support, the Strategic Council Cluster Sea (CECM) could not, for various reasons, fulfill the mission for which it was created. It also derogates the Resolution No. 14/2013 of 11 February, as amended by Resolution No. 49/2014 of 13 June, creating the Strategic and the Operational Councils of the Sea Cluster (CECM) and (NOCM).
