Abstract
This Resolution approves the adoption of complementary measures to mitigate the impact of the war in Ukraine on electricity and food tariffs, provided for in Resolution No. 28/2022 of 25 March. Complementary mitigation measures in the energy field are: The State grants a discount equivalent to 100% of the value of the tariff increment to maintain the level of the social tariff unchanged. In addition, the Government implements a programme of assistance to the families affected the most by the escalation of food prices, through the following measures: a) Public work to strengthen the family income, establishing programme contracts with the municipalities; b) Food assistance in kind, through a protocol of collaboration with religious social action organizations.
