Abstract
This Law may be cited as the Air Quality (Amendment) Law of 2004 and shall be read as one with the Air Quality Law of 2002 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Air Quality Law, 2002-2004. With the purpose of implementing the European Community Directive 2001/81/EC regarding national emission ceilings for certain atmospheric pollutants, the present law carries forward amendments to certain sections of the principal Law. More specifically, sections 8, 17 and 19 of the principal Law are hereby amended.
