Abstract
This Law may be cited as the Air Quality (Amendment) Law of 2007 and shall be read as one with the Air Quality Law of 2002-2005 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Air Quality Laws, 2002-2007. The law carries forward amendments to paragraph (i), subsection (2) of article 8 of the principal law by adding a new paragraph (ia).
