In exercise of the powers granted by Regulation No. 5(1)(a) of the Air Quality (Annual Emission Ceilings for Certain Atmospheric Pollutants) Regulations of 2002, the Minister establishes the annual emission ceilings for certain atmospheric pollutants as shown in the Table annexed to the text of the Order.
