Abstract
In exercise of the powers granted by Regulation No. 4 (regarding the drawing up a list of zones) of the Air Quality (Arsenic, Cadmium, Mercury, Nickel and Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Ambient Air) Regulations of 2007, the Minister of Labour and Social Insurance establishes that the entire territory of the Cypriot Republic shall be considered as one zone.
