Abstract
In exercise of the powers granted by paragraph (2), Regulation No. 10 of the Air Quality (Limit Values for Benzene and Carbon Monoxide in Ambient Air) Regulations of 2002, the Cabinet of Ministers establishes as the date of entry into force of provisions of Regulation No. 6 (which set forth the obligation to inform the European Commission), the first day of May, 2004.
