Abstract
Τhe provisions of this Ordinance lay down quality standards for fresh foliage. The standards defined in the schedules (included in the Annex) apply for fresh foliage, leaves, branches and other parts of plants falling within subheading N 06.04 A 11 of the common customs tariff. The definition of the product, quality requirements, classification, sizing, quality tolerances, special provisions (for Foliage Of Asparagus Sprengeri L.), marking, packaging and presentation are defined in the text.
