Abstract
This Order lays down common quality standards for dried apples in relation to the sale and storage. The quality standards referred to in regulation 2 are defined in the Annex. The provisions of the Annex apply to 'Malus communis L.' apple variety that is intended for human consumption, excluding the products designated for industrial processing. The standards regard the definition of produce, quality requirements (minimum requirements, classification), special provisions, sizing, quality tolerances, packaging and presentation, marking, labelling.
