Abstract
In exercise of the powers granted by regulation No. 10 of the Control of Atmospheric Pollution (Control of Volatile Organic Compounds Emissions Resulting from the Storage of Petrol and its Distribution from Terminals to Service Stations) Regulations of 2003, the Cabinet of Ministers establishes as the date of entry into force of regulations Nos. 5 (7), 6 (6 and 11), 8 (5 and 9) and 9 (which set forth the obligation to inform the European Commission), the first day of May, 2004.
