Abstract
In exercise of the powers granted by regulation No. 21, paragraph 2 of the Control of Atmospheric Pollution (Limitation of Emissions of Certain Pollutants into Air from Large Combustion Plants) Regulations of 2003, the Cabinet of Ministers establishes as the date of entry into force of regulations Nos. 8(2), 9(3), 10(5), 15(3) and 18 (which set forth the obligation to inform the European Commission), the first day of May, 2004.
