Abstract
These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Atmospheric Pollution (Non Licensable Installations) (Amendment) Regulations of 2008 and shall be read as one with the Control of Atmospheric Pollution (Non Licensable Installations) Regulations of 2004 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Regulations”). The principal Regulations and the present Regulations shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Control of Atmospheric Pollution (Non Licensable Installations) Regulations of 2004-2008. The present Regulations carry forward amendments to certain sections of the principal Regulations: regulations Nos. 2, 5, 6, 17 as well as the Annexes I and II are hereby amended.
