In exercise of the powers granted by regulation No. 13 of the Control of Atmospheric Pollution (Prevention of Air Pollution from Existing Municipal Incineration Plants) Regulations of 2003, the Cabinet of Ministers establishes as the date of entry into force of provisions of regulations No. 5(2) and No. 6(5), the first day of May, 2004.
