In exercise of the powers granted by Regulation No. 13, paragraph (2) of the Control of Atmospheric Pollution (Prevention and Reduction of Atmospheric Pollution by Asbestos) Regulations of 2002, the Cabinet of Ministers establishes as the date of entry into force of the provisions of Regulation No. 12 (which set forth the obligation to inform the European Commission), the first day of May, 2004.
