Abstract
In exercise of the powers granted by Regulation No. 10, paragraph (2) of the Control of Atmospheric Pollution (Procedures for the Surveillance and Monitoring of Environments concerned by Waste from Titanium Dioxide Industry) Regulations of 2002, the Cabinet of Ministers establishes as the date of entry into force of the provisions of Regulation Nos. 5 (paragraph 8) and 8, the first day of May, 2004.
