Abstract
The present Law ratifies the Convention on long-range transboundary air pollution (signed in 1979) and its Protocol (signed in 1984), aiming at protecting man and his environment against air pollution and at endeavouring to limit and, as far as possible, gradually reducing and preventing air pollution, including long-range transboundary air pollution.
