Decree no. 201 of 2025 pursuant to article 35(1) under the Urban and Regional Planning Law.

This Decree, made under Article 35(1) of the Town and Country Planning Law, designates a specified area as a white zone for the purpose of restricting specific types of industrial development, which may have adverse effects on the amenities of adjacent areas and uses, due to increased level of nuisance. Specifically, in the specified area, the submission of applications, the exercise of urban planning control, activities and construction work will continue in accordance with the provisions of the current Urban Planning Zones Plan.
