Decree No. 269 of 2025 on the Control of Water Pollution (General Binding Rules for the Disposal of Manure).

This Ministerial Decree, issued by the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and the Environment on the basis of subsection (1)(g) of article 5 of the Water Pollution Control Laws of 2002 in its consolidated version, provides for issuing general binding rules for the disposal of manure, in order to protect water and soil, reduce water pollution and nuisance problems arising when manure is disposed of on the ground. The Decree provides definition of relevant terms; obligations of farmer; application of the Decree; water protection measures.
