Decree No. 292 of 2025 pursuant to section 35(1) of the Town and Country Planning Law.

This Decree, implementing provisions of article 35 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Law no. 90 of 1972 in its consolidated version, provides for designating a defined area as a white area for the purpose of protecting the natural environment and regulating future land development, agricultural and forestry use, and archaeological research. The Decree establishes that uses existing in the area shall remain generally unchanged and construction works in the area shall be limited to those which are essential.
