Abstract
This Decree is made by the Minister in compliance with the provisions of subsection (2) of article 9 and paragraph (b), subsection (2) of article 93 of the consolidated version of the Industrial Emissions (Integrated Prevention and Control of Pollution) Law. The Decree concerns the application forms for the grant or renewal or amendment of an industrial emissions permit for establishments covered by the provisions of the Law.
