Abstract
This Law provides for the mandatory procedures ensuring that the environmental implications of certain works or decisions are taken into account before the decisions are actually made. It establishes the processes of estimation for all the categories of projects likely to have significant effects on the environment and sets forth the competent authorities for this. Provides also for the environmental documentation that is required to be provided by applicants; if EIA is not consider during the process of application, it prohibits the issuing of urban authorisation or the approval of implementation of works.
