Abstract
For purposes of compatibility with the Community principles of freedom of movement of workers and freedom to provide services as well as for purposes of implementing certain regulations of the European Community, this law carries forward amendments to certain articles of the basic law concerning the fishing vessel register and fishing vessel licenses. More specifically, articles 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 7B are amended; article 7A is replaced by new provisions set forth in this text; three new articles (3A and 5A and 10(1)) are added.
