Fisheries (Amendment) Law 2016 (No. 29(I)/2016).

This Law may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Act 2016 and shall be read together with the Law on Fisheries (hereinafter referred as the basic law"). Article 13 of the basic Law is amended by replacing the following administrative and legal proceedings: the Director may decide on the basis defined by the established criteria, the use by holders of inshore fishing license for small fishing vessels pertaining to class A or B, a limited quantity of fishing nets with fixed mesh size for authorizing the fishing of specific fish species during a specific period of each year.
