Abstract
These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) (Νο.2) Regulations of 2009 and shall be read as one with the Fisheries Regulations of 1990-2009 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Regulations"). The principal Regulations and the present Regulations shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Fisheries Regulations of 1990-2009 (Νο.2). Regulation No. 10Α of the principal Regulations is hereby amended as regards the obligation of fishing vessels to establish on board the satellite-based Vessel Monitoring System, as provided for by Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2244/2003.
